At Noruxe™, we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Each item is carefully tested and packaged before shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit.
This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made through noruxe.com.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Any product that appears used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not qualify for return or exchange.

Returns must be received and inspected before any replacement or credit is issued.

Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind or simply not liking the product.

Incorrect use or misunderstanding of how the product works.

Accidental or duplicate purchases.
Return Shipping

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Noruxe™ will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue store credit.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for any future purchase at noruxe.com.
Store credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your return for processing. Store credit codes will be sent directly to your email once approved.
How to Request a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
